MOL 632 - Understanding the Multi-Cultural Organization

Organizations are complex. One factor that contributes to this complexity is diversity. This course is a study of the dynamics and interactions among people in a diverse organization. It will focus primarily on issues of culture and ethnicity, as barriers which people need to understand and navigate, to successfully work as members of a team to accomplish organizational goals. Strategies to help individuals and groups better understand the diversity God created and the purpose for working together will be explored.
