MOL 735 - Conflict Management and Resolution


Conflict is a normal and, at times, unavoidable aspect of human relations in organizations. Conflict can lead to personal growth and the generation of new ideas, or it can result in personal hurt and hinder individual and organizational performance. This course provides students with a thorough understanding of interpersonal conflict and will provide principles to manage this conflict in constructive ways.
