MOL 661 - Communication Skills for Leaders

Communication is basic to every organization. The quality of communication will, in many ways, determine the health and success of the organization. This course will examine three levels of organizational communication: large group, small group, and interpersonal (dyadic). The primary focus of the course is to introduce the student to a wide variety of communication skills they may need to navigate effectively in the workplace, and to ensure that the messages are consistent no matter the audience or media chosen.
