MTE 770 - Teaching Methods Practicum

A course in which students study theory, see demonstrations of selected models, and develop lessons and teaching materials for selected models. These models will include, but not limited to, advance organizers, the inquiry models, synectics, simulations and cooperative structures. Students will also present their projects and/or teach lessons to small groups or the whole class. Students will study theory and practice related to implementation of models of teaching in the classroom as they develop their own implementation plan.
