    A vocal and instrumental ensemble designed to prepare and lead congregational worship for University chapels. Includes an introduction to worship service design and leadership, especially using contemporary musical styles and forms. Membership is open to all students on the basis of audition. Two hours of rehearsal per week. Both semesters.

    A performance class designed to acquaint students with Early Music and Historical Performance practice. A team-taught course, resident and area professionals skilled in the various instruments related to the repertoire instruct and coach students in preparation for a performance at the semester’s end. The seminar alternates between music of the Baroque and music of the Renaissance. Both semesters.
