CSG 622 - Orientation to Legal, Ethical, and Professional Issues in Counseling

A course designed to orient students to the laws, legal, and ethical issues that effect and regulate the practice of counseling. In addition, the course familiarizes students with the community practices of professional counseling, particularly the social context in which professional counseling occurs. Students are also encouraged to develop practices that promote professional development and ensure personal growth.
