ART 101 - Introduction to Drawing

A drawing course introducing basic methods, media, and concepts. It emphasizes drawing from observation with development of relative value, negative/positive space and shape, composition, line, edge development, volumetric analysis of form, light, and perspective. Requires a minimum of 15 hours of outside classroom work to complete art projects. First semester.
