TSL 431 - Language Fundamentals for TESOL

A course to acquaint students with the principles of language in general and English in particular, that are useful for analyzing, understanding, and teaching the form, meaning, function, and pronunciation of English structures. Emphasis is on developing the language awareness and teaching techniques necessary for effective teaching of English grammar and pronunciation within a communicative framework. First semester.

Prerequisites & Notes
Education majors must be fully accepted into a certification program.
