ACC 421 - Accounting for Managerial Decisions

A course that presents cost management with a strategic emphasis. This course provides an in-depth study of management techniques that are utilized by managers in a contemporary business environment. The balanced scorecard, critical success factors, and strategic analytics are emphasized and integrated with other decision-making techniques. Both semesters.
