BUS 467 - Sales and Sales Management


An examination of current sales team management tactics with an emphasis on strategy and sales force management and development. Topics include recruitment, training, incentives and motivation, direction, evaluation, and leadership of the sales force. The course covers these topics and their relationship to a firm’s mission and strategy. Either semester.
