ORL 603 - Organizational Culture and Change

A course that addresses the primary theories and practices of organizational culture and change and provides an overview of the strategic visioning and planning process. Students acquire the skills and principles necessary to better understand the unique culture of their organization and develop planning methodologies that produce effective organizational change.
