BUS 753 - Systems Thinking

An examination of systems thinking as a way to identify and address organizational challenges, including understanding the interconnected nature of structures and organizational behaviors, assessing and adapting mental models to think through complex system-wide problems and solutions, identifying how scripture provides principles through its use of systems imagery, and understanding how systems thinking can enhance leadership capabilities. Either semester.
