EDU 486 - Teaching Secondary Social Studies

A methods course designed to develop instructional approaches for teaching social studies at the secondary level. Exploration of the different content areas related to social studies is emphasized. Unit plans, methodology specific to social studies, and to the adolescent are examined. Second semester. Offered alternate years.
