BUS 487 - Compensation and Benefits


An examination of compensation and benefit strategies in a competitive global economy. Topics explored include job analysis, pay structures, compensation approaches and issues, incentive plans, benefit plan design and administration, and regulatory and compliance matters. Students analyze the impact reward systems have on employees and the organization. Either semester.
