HPE 226 - CPR, First Aid, and Athletic Training

A course designed to introduce the student to the basic skills associated with First Aid, use of the Automated External Defibrillator, and administration of Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation. Certification is available upon successful completion of the course. The course is also designed to introduce the student to the prevention, recognition, treatment, and care of injuries that occur in athletic settings. Second semester. Offered alternate years.
