BUS 628 - Leading in Complex Environments A course that covers various leadership styles, as well as complexity, adaptive, generative, and resilient leadership frameworks. Students explore the unique features and applicability of various leadership styles and frameworks in dynamic and complex environments. In addition, the course provides research findings to gain more insights into these leadership styles and frameworks. Furthermore, students gain practical insights and tools for effectively applying leadership concepts in diverse contexts, enhancing their ability to navigate complexity with more confidence. Moreover, this course integrates a biblically informed perspective on the importance of humility, flexibility, perseverance, and reliance on God’s wisdom as essential qualities for leadership success in today’s complex world. First semester.
