BUS 762 - Business Information Technology


A course that provides students with a comprehensive understanding of modern-day Business Information Technology (IT) and how it is strategically integrated into current business practices. The course explores the intersection of business and technology, emphasizing the crucial role IT plays in shaping organizational strategies, decision-making processes, and overall competitiveness. Course topics include technology infrastructure, enterprise business systems, business intelligence and data management, regulatory compliance and laws, technology threats, emerging business technology opportunities, and developing strategic technology solutions for business competitiveness and performance. Second semester.
