EDL 842 - Conflict Management and Resolution

A course in which students learn how to deal with conflict situations, set clear expectations, and manage themselves and others in those difficult situations. Students learn strategies for dealing with conflict, the skills necessary to resolve it, and the steps needed to reach a mutual understanding. All content has a strong foundation in understanding how the grand narrative of Scripture applies specifically to the resolution of conflict in the ministry, school, and/or business setting. Summer session.
