BUS 367 - Employee Relations

An exploration of strategies for strengthening employee relations. Students learn principles and legal requirements for developing employee policies and practices to effectively manage employee relations. Topics covered include employee engagement and performance methods, regulatory employee management, formation and activity of organized labor groups, and conflict and dispute resolution. Second semester.
