BNS 303 - Human Resources

A course that explores essential human resources (HR) concepts and illustrates how to apply them strategically. Topics include HR’s role in shaping company strategy, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, developing employees and leaders, structuring organizations for competitive advantage, designing incentive and motivation programs, and the strategic role of the HR Business Partner. Either semester.
