BNS 491 - Business Strategy


A thorough, integrated examination of current business topics, utilizing the case study method to explore policy development and strategic planning. It also incorporates the application of biblical ethics in business. Key subjects include resource-based theory, stakeholder management, enterprise strategy, transaction cost theory, agency theory, restructuring, strategic alliances, and global competitiveness. The course is designed to leverage the student’s business knowledge to analyze real-world business challenges and create effective strategies. Second semester.

At least 18 credits of Business courses.
