MOL 737 - Law and Risk Management

Organizations are increasingly faced with rapidly changing legislation and liability. This course will provide a study of the structure, characteristics, responsibilities, and liabilities of organizations with special attention to various legal considerations confronting the organization. The course will explore and examine effective strategies and management approaches designed to avoid negative legal implications, minimize liability, and control exposure to legal risk.
