This program leads to a B.Mus. degree and is designed primarily for those who plan to seek a position as director of music in a local church. Requirements may vary slightly due to piano competency and applied major. All non-keyboard majors must take piano lessons (class or private) until the piano proficiency exam is passed. The primary or secondary applied lessons must be in voice. Piano proficiency exam must be passed prior to enrollment in MUS 591 Church Music Internship.
