Youth and Family Ministry (BS in Youth and Family Ministry)


The goal of this program is to equip students for an effective ministry with adolescents and their families in church and para-church settings. The program educates the student concerning the developmental characteristics, cultural influences, and the needs of teenagers. The student is trained to effectively lead a volunteer team and to be a resource for parents of adolescents. Teaching methodologies and youth programming strategies are emphasized. Upon successful completion of the program, the student earns a BS in Youth and Family Ministry degree.
