Dual-Level Organizational Development - Business Administration (BS in Business Administration/MS in Organizational Development)

Students who qualify may enter the dual-level program and earn both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in a reduced amount of time (normally 5 years). Students in the Business Administration program can apply for the dual-level program after their sophomore year. See the program prospectus for application and program details. Upon successful completion of this program, the students receives a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and a Master of Science in Organizational Development degree.
