MEL 773 - Organizational Culture and Change

A course designed to examine the multiplicity of factors that affect organizational climate. Management systems, environmental variables, leadership style, communication skills, TQM concepts, group dynamics, interpersonal skills, and paradigm shifts will be discussed and applied to the educational environment. Emphasis will be placed on developing a leadership style and systems that are in concert with the learner’s personal philosophy so that personal integrity is strengthened.
