MOL 991 - Action Research Project The Action Research Project is an opportunity for students in the Organizational
Leadership program to synthesize the competencies they have acquired from the
curriculum with research and their work experience. The outcome of this project
is an actual intervention in an organization that is designed to strengthen the
health and effectiveness of the organization. Students submit the theme of his/her
proposed Action Research Project to their advisor. After approval, the student
will conduct research on the theme, design, and implement the intervention, write
an extensive overview of their Project, and share his/her results with their project
advisor as evidence of their competency as a practitioner. Pre-requisite: Completion
of 6 core courses, including MOL 902 Principles of Research and approval from
project advisor. Registration deadlines apply. Contact your Enrollment Counselor
for details. Due to the unique nature of the Action Research Project, most papers
contain information considered proprietary to the organization in which the research
was conducted. As a result, we only provide public access to the following data
related to each project: author’s name, job title, employer’s name, contact number,
title of the Project, and the Project’s bibliography.
