MOL 751 - Financial Management for Organizations

One of the challenges facing organizational leadership is having unlimited ideas with limited resources. Because of this, it is vital for those serving in leadership to acquire the skills necessary for the interpretation and analysis of financial reports and plans, as well as business practices necessary in the for-profit and not-for-profit settings. This course will assist students in developing problem-solving and decision-making skills for application in the operation of organizations.
