MOL 634 - Principles of Team Dynamics and Development

In spite of societal emphasis upon heroes, the reality is that no person can be successful alone. Regardless of how much charisma or skill he or she may possess, no individual has all the knowledge, abilities, or energy to succeed in this complex world without collaboration with others. This course will help students understand the theories and practices of group dynamics and team building and apply them in their organizations. Students will focus on the skills necessary to develop high-performing group collaboration and intervention strategies to solve group problems that accompany team development.
