MCC 709 - Small Group Dynamics, Development, and Leadership
This course equips students with a broad understanding of small group dynamics,
processes, and leadership strategies and how to use them to develop supportive
and healing communities. It acquaints students with basic strategies for developing
three essential types of small groups (counseling, psychoeducational, and service-focused)
and guidelines for implementing them in a variety of clinical and ministry settings.
