MTE 756 - Educational Research and Technology for Teachers


A course that includes the study and application of methods and technological resources used to design, execute, report and evaluate educational research for the classroom setting.  Emphasis is placed on the ability of students to critically interpret and use research literature. Various technologies are critiqued for their effect on research and study and on student learning, development, and attitudes.  Emphasis is placed on the practical use of technology by teachers and students for research and learning.  This course prepares the student for MTE 955 Instructional Design Project.
